Ryan Berger joined the Tides Team in May 2023 as the Director of Construction Management to lead capital projects and unit renovations. 

 

He previously built and led construction departments on portfolios throughout the US at Avanti Residential, Lion Real Estate, and Waterton Residential, completing over $250 million in capital improvement projects. 

 

Ryan Berger completed degrees in Civil Engineering and Construction Management at Temple University, where he also competed in NCAA track and field as a decathlete. Following college, he served in the US Navy, leading construction and facilities teams.
