RAHSAANA ALLEN

SVP, GENERAL COUNSEL

Rahsaana Allen is SVP, General Counsel of Tides Equities.  She partners to lead and manage all legal aspects of the business. Rahsaana brings with her more than two decades of experience in real estate, corporate governance, asset management, business transactions and complex contract negotiations. Working with other C-suite executives and entrepreneurs, she has managed corporate legal matters across various stages of a company’s growth.

 

At Tides Equities, Rahsaana brings her talent to bare to create sound, value-add solutions for the company, its investors and partners.

Prior to joining Tides Equities, Rahsaana held senior leadership roles at companies including ExchangeRight, Westfield, Hilton Hotels Corporation and Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP.  At ExchangeRight, she led the legal department during a period of hyper growth where assets under management grew from $750 million to over $3 billion in less than three years.

 

She holds a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice Administration from San Diego State University and a Juris Doctorate from the University of California at Los Angeles School of Law.
