At Cityview, Melissa led efforts in overseeing a $3 billion multifamily and mixed-use portfolio. Under her stewardship, Cityview expanded its operational capabilities, notably with the establishment of its in-house property management division. Her engagements at industry front-runners like TruAmerica and Kennedy Wilson further solidified her reputation. At these firms, Melissa refined her expertise, merging traditional asset management methodologies with modern value-enhancing strategies, ensuring both organizational resilience and growth.

 

Now at the helm of operations at Tides, Melissa's primary objective is to optimize the company's portfolio performance. Her unwavering commitment to operational excellence positions her as a key leader within the organization.

 

Melissa is an alumnus of the University of Southern California, Los Angeles, where she majored in Real Estate Development and received the Order of Troy Award. Demonstrating her proactive commitment to the field, Melissa founded The US Green Building Council Student Organization at USC.
