Jonathan A. Evans is an accomplished Real Estate Investment Professional, currently serving as the Senior Director of Portfolio Management at Tides Equities. Mr. Evans leverages his extensive experience to spearhead the portfolio management division by enhancing portfolio performance and strategic investment oversight, driving value creation and operational efficiency across the firm’s expansive real estate holdings.

With a rich background in real estate finance and asset management, his expertise spans over a decade, including a significant role at Greystar, where he managed Western U.S. asset management comprising over 60 assets (18,000 units) worth more than $8 billion. His tenure at Greystar was marked by substantial growth in portfolio rents and the strategic deployment of annual capital expenditures exceeding $50 million. At Invesco, Mr. Evans was instrumental in leading Southwest U.S. asset management and national single-family rentals (SFR) efforts, contributing to major investments, and fostering platform initiatives that enhanced the company’s portfolio. Prior to these roles, his leadership at MBK Rental Living (Mitsui & Co.) as Director of Asset Management further exemplifies his proficiency in managing and optimizing multifamily real estate assets, ensuring operational excellence and strategic growth. He started his career at Irvine Company, developing a solid foundation in financial analysis and market research.
