Charlie Chung joins Tides with 15 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, internal controls, and auditing. He brings expertise in multifamily, corporate, job-cost, and investment accounting.

 

Prior to Tides, Charlie worked at Decron Properties Corp where he was overseeing corporate and investment accounting for a 9,800-unit multifamily and mixed-use portfolio. He was also in charge of job cost accounting, vendor management, and treasury. Prior to that, Charlie was the Internal Audit Manager and worked in multifamily accounting for a +$15 billion multifamily and hotel portfolio at JRK Property Holdings. Prior to JRK, he spent six years in public accounting providing assurance services.

 

Mr. Chung is a CPA who graduated from UC Irvine with a Major in Business Economics, and a Minor in Accounting. Here at Tides, Charlie will manage all financial operations as the Director of Finance and Accounting.
